  The management and staff were top quality. We felt very welcome and looked after. This is a family run business that is based on quality service. The room was older but very clean and our stay was quiet and comfortable.

  Floors were dirty. There was a wet spot on the floor carpet. Not sure what that was. They had old fridge and stove from the 60s or 50s. They did work. Cupboards we're grimey. Sheets and towels we clean though. Bed was bouncy.

  What a shady group of people. I booked 2 nights in this hotel and I needed to cancel my stay. Owner called me and he sayed that he needs to charge me for one night for the late notice. I looked my bank and he charged me for 2 nights for not even checking in. STAY AWAY!!

  The manager is a humble man who is trying to make an honest living by running a small business.
  
  The room we stayed in was as clean as can be expected for an old building, and the beds were sharply made with fresh linens. The building itself does need a fair amount of renovation work done, but without sufficient savings this gentleman will be hard pressed to upgrade his building.
  
  There is the, wifi, kitchenette, bathtubs, fridge and microwave available for use.
  
  The only problem was that the fridge in our suite was jot working (suite 103), however we stayed one night so it was not needed by us.
  
  I do wish this humble gentleman the best for his business and recommend you stay here, as your patronage may help him in his future. He is humble, kind, honest, and although I did not ask, it appears as though he is supporting his elderly father who lives with him.

  The Road Runner has seen better days.
  
  The staff while very kind and understanding clearly have very little leftover due to the extremely low prices to handle the vast number of renovations required to bring the building back to code.
  
  I arrived and was unable to find a suitable room without water damage and the first had the smoke detector removed with wires hanging from the ceiling.
  
  They were however willing to give a refund for the second night and I was not in the mood to argue for the first.
  
  Unbeatable price... For a very Haggard Hotel.
